HOUSE: 又分独立屋和半独立屋，就是拥有房子和这块土地产权， 加拿大大多数是这种房子。  独立屋有多种叫法，single-family detached home， single-family home，

detached house，single-detached dwelling，separate house。独立屋形式上有平房(Bungalow和Raised-bungalow)、楼房(包括一层半、两层、两层半，甚至三层)和复式(又分后复式Backsplit和边复式 Sidesplit)几种。
