在该物业的评估价值从 2020 年的 37.3万元暴涨至 2021 年的 326.3万元后，HCG公司于 2021 年 1 月 28 日以市值58%的价格（ 190 万元），把该物业出售给另一家兰里的神秘数字公司（BC1260177有限公司）。
上周有媒体联系了阿伯茨福市寻求解释，但到发稿为止还没有收到任何回应。
在 2018 年阿伯茨福市政选举期间，该市长和他儿子达伦（Darren Braun）的一宗土地交易备受关注，而达伦布朗碰巧也是阿伯茨福市的开发规划主管。
