Tenants in Common: 是共同产权的另外一种方式(第一种方式为Joint Tenants,见上)。跟联合产权不同,这种联名方式的产权互不干涉。也就是说,如果其中一位业主过世,另一位业主不能自动继承过世业主的产权。过世业主的产权按遗产处理。每个业主都可以独立出售其拥有的部分产权。当共同拥有物业的业主不属于家庭成员时,多采用这种方式。比如生意伙伴常以这种方式共同拥有物业。
