The Edgemont housing market remained relatively stable throughout 2025 despite broader economic uncertainty in Canada. According to local MLS statistics, the benchmark price for residential properties in Edgemont reached approximately $667,300 in Q4 2025.

Although this represents a slight year-over-year decline of roughly 3-4%, home prices in the community remain significantly higher than levels seen prior to 2021. Demand for detached homes continues to dominate the local market, with benchmark prices exceeding $800,000 for typical single-family properties.
